Project Summary
As part of a pre-demolition inspection, multiple building materials were found to contain ACM. Window caulking, tar-based roofing, yellow mastic, and roof flashing tested >1% ACM. A total of 114 sq ft of caulking and 1,400 sq ft of roofing materials were safely removed. Full compliance with regulatory abatement procedures ensured safety and clearance.
